Welcome to the FRHL Youth Learn to Play Hockey Program! 

Thank you for your interest in our Learn to Play program! There is important information on this page that we will ask you please read!

Our learn to play program is designed for children of ages 4 up through 16 years of age.

• Fall Session: Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on November 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, December 6th, 13th. (6 sessions)

Each session will be $75.00 per child. Payment is due in full at the time of registration. This payment does not include a one time cost of $80.00 that is available as a online or in person add-on for a brand new set of FRHL jerseys that all participants get! These are the same jerseys used for FRHL league play.

What To Expect:

• Professional Instruction by Nick Smolinski, a professional inline hockey instructor with extensive background in pro level play.
  
  
• Each session will have emphasis on learning how to play the game, including basics of skating, stickhandling, shooting, and most importantly, fun!
  
  
• Players who need equipment will have the opportunity to borrow equipment from us. Please verify through us what you need prior to arriving as we will need to ensure that we have the equipment before we have your child skating with us. For a full list of required equipment, please click here.

Pending on class size and skill level, we will divide the rink so everyone gets the most productive time out on the floor.  The goal is to transition from Learn to Play Hockey to league play in our High School and youth divisions, or individual instruction to further each players skill.
