Thank you for your interest in our Adult Programs! This guide will get you started in the right direction to get into our programs and will help answer questions if you are considering joining us! We can be reached by calling or texting us at 586-685-7618 during normal business hours.
For our adult programs, we offer two types of leagues:
- Adult Open Leagues - These are leagues where players form teams and compete on select days and divisions. There are no individual sign ups taken for these leagues - players must find or build teams to compete in these divisions.
- Adult House League - These are leagues where players can only register individually for select leagues, which are broken down by age group. While we do take player requests to play with friends, we cannot guarantee this as these leagues are individual registrations only.

What is the cost of the leagues?
The cost of the leagues is dependent on the division, total number of games, and day that you play:
- For Adult Open Teams, the cost is in the form of a total team fee, not a per player fee. Normally, Adult Open teams will split the Team Fee 8 ways to determine the cost. MOST leagues offer a 12 game regular season and guaranteed playoffs, which for a team of 8, usually is around $250. For more details, visit our Adult Open League page.
- For Adult House Teams, a single registration payment is due at the time of registration. Please note that all Adult House Players must own a FRHL Custom Sublimated set of jerseys to play which will be asked at the time of registration. For more details, visit our Adult House League page.
What skill level do i belong in?
- We recognize that players of all ages come with differences in veterancy along with skill level. We offer more than 5 different skill levels in the adult open division and in adult house, we offer various tiers based on player registrations. If you have never played at FRHL, please reference the Skill Level descriptions, or give us a call or text at 586-685-7618 so we can discuss the best fit for you!
How do I find schedules or Stick & Puck times?
- On our website menu, navigate to the Stats & Schedule portion and you can find all of our schedules to include Adult Open, House, Youth House, Stick & Puck, and more!
