The Fraser Roller Hockey League is honored to name our Platinum Division’s Trophy the Koleski Cup. Once again, naming this after the very individual who spent his lifetime ensuring that everyone, from the players, their families, and the entire community has the opportunity to continue participating and enjoying this amazing sport. His legacy will live on forever and will never be forgotten. #93 will live on in our hearts forever.

Although he is no longer with us, Matt Koleski is a legend in the inline hockey world that was responsible for the amazing community that now exists. As a result of his years of hard work and dedication to not only the sport, but the people and families involved. Matt held a myriad of roles, with countless accomplishments impacting all those around him involved in hockey along the way. Holding the title of Director of Hockey Operations for Little Caesars Roller Hockey at Joe Dumars, as well as the Founder of the Detroit Bordercats Inline Hockey Organization, along with the Director of the State of Michigan for State Wars Hockey, his involvement with the community cannot be understated.
