FRHL Golf Outing a HUGE Success!

Earlier this year, we ran our first even FRHL Golf Outing, where we raised approximately $4000 towards the purchase of youth hockey equipment to help us gear up for the FRHL Learn to Skate and Learn to Play Hockey programs. The outing was a great success 

We are proud to announce that we have now purchased the following for the above listed programs:

• More than 45 BRAND NEW pairs of Inline Skates, sizes Junior 2 to Adult Size 7
• More than 20 brand new helmets of all sizes
• Several brand new pairs of shin guards, elbow pads, gloves, and other protective equipment of all sizes
• Parts, new laces, wheels, and other accessories to help repair all of the used equipment from before.
• A remodeled, secure equipment room to store all of the new gear

We want to thank all of the volunteers and staff that helped made this event a success and ultimately provided gear for our new programs for new players to try this great sport! A big thanks to Mitzi Clouston, Bello Woods Golf Course, and everyone else who supported us for the new players!
